actually i all along wanted to update la.. but very lazy..

my dearest jessie had her hair spiked after training..

and lastly.. my very own!!!

and yesterday's training.. he practically went mad..

melvin mad us go to the field n do shuttle run.. shuttle run already then dive into the grass(mind u,it was drizzling..) dive into the grass means whole body go down onto the grass.. actually quite fun la.. then when running he beside me screaming his lungs out " faster faster! yiling u r so fat n slow! faster"

i smiled n him n said " ya i noe.."

hahaha.. i kissed the grass.. my whole body grassy.. imagine tat.. then later he made us go to the road side n do push ups.. after 5 push ups we had to roll on the ground.. after the torture.. my whole body was dripping wet.. n i mean it..from head to toe.. so we played wif water after training.. since we r already wet..

yup.. thats how my saturday training went.. i was wet n was freezing cold when i went to white sands for lunch..
